company, established in 1967 by Henry and Astrid Freedman, that designs and
manufactures microphones and related accessories. Their microphones are used in
professional and project studios, sound reinforcement, video, film, and vocal
performance. They were among the first microphone companies outside of China to
use Chinese-manufactured components but later moved manufacturing to Australia.

The RØDE Podcaster offers an end-address configuration, the clarity of
RØDE’s tailored-for-voice frequency response, an ‘ON’ LED, a direct headphone
amp and, of course, very low self noise. The microphone comes complete with a
