Now I am going to test the ATI 4770 video card  and a ATI 4870 video card
both using Windows XP Pro SP3 32bit and Windows Vista SP1 64bit. I will be using
FarCry 2 and Crysis Warhead to test the cards.

The tests will be used on the following system.

Test System:
AMD Athlon X2 7750 Kuma Black Edition 2.7ghz Dual Core
8gig of DDR2 1066 Ram
750gig Black Edition 32mb Cache WD SATA HD
Pny Nvidia GTX 285 1024mb PCI-E x16 2.0
Sigma La Vie Mid-Size Case

The first test I am going to do is Windows XP Pro

Far Cry 2 Windows XP Pro Running 1600×900 with everything MAX.

Now we will run the same test and settings but this time in Vista

Far Cry 2 Windows Vista Running 1600×900 with everything MAX.

As you can see the 4870 out did the 4770 but the 4770 is more of a mid ranged
card and still held up it’s own pretty good!

Next we will take a look at Cryis Warhead.
