Today I will be reviewing the Sapphiretech ATI Radeon 4770 HD 512mb DDR5
Video Card. I will be using Windows XP Pro 32bit and Windows Vista 64bit for the
testing platforms.

Let’s get started.

Here we see the retail box for the 4770. On the front of the box is a bad ass
looking chick with not only two guys but a sword too! The box also gives you all
the information you need to know as far as the specs of the card.

Now that we got all the stuff out of the box. Let’s take a look at the card
itself. On the top of the 4770 is a fairly big fan and heat sink combo. It is
black with gold lettering and is sporting the sapphire logo right on the fan.
Now it would have been cooler with some kind of light or something but it does
look very awesome with the design it has.

On the bottom of the card is a PCI-E connector. We all know what this is and
what it does. This is a for a GEN2 x16 PCI-E Slot. Be sure to check your
motherboard manual to see if your board supports this feature.

At the very back of the card on top of the memory for the card which is 512mb of
DDR5 ram. Is a nice heat sink sporting yet again the Sapphire logo!
